Are you worried about our Native Biodiversity and feel you need to be a part of the solutions to preserve wildlife and protect its natural habitat? If you have a grasp on Excel, love nature and socializing then the Membership Chair position on our board may be the volunteer aspirations you have been looking for.
While we are looking for someone preferably in the Wallaceburg area to help navigate with the duties involved, all candidates will be considered within the Chatham-Kent region.
Training and guidance will be available during this 2 year tenure. (January 2022-December 2024)

Responsibilities of Membership Chair
• Be a member of and attend SFN Executive meetings.
• Promote and sell memberships at meetings, events, online and through mail.
• During program meetings, introduce or assist the president in introducing any new members and guests.
• Execute membership campaign once or twice yearly with a focus on retaining memberships and growing new memberships.
• Motivates club members to invite new members.
• Circulate the SFN brochure at appropriate times and places.
• Keep an updated phone and email list (including members and other interested individuals).
• Collect membership fees via meetings, mail, events and PayPal, report on and submit membership fees to the Treasurer.
• Coordinate with Communications Chair and Program Chair for members’ email contacts.
